Abstract :

 

“Matana Metaverse: The Lament of A Rose: The Experience Design for Audience in the Digital World is part of a creative research project that aims to experiment with designing the viewing experience of audiences in the digital age. This involves combining the design and creation of various media, such as movies, music, melodious singing, graphic design fonts, and installation art, to imbue the play ‘Madanabadha’—The Romance of A Rose, with new meaning. This endeavor coincides with the play’s 101-year journey across time. The experiment is based on the theories of experience design and transmedia storytelling, which are key to its execution.”

Objectives :

To experiment with designing the viewing experience of viewers in the digital age by combining the design and creation of various media such as movies, music, and melodious singing. graphic design fonts, and installation art, to imbue the play ‘Madanabadha’—The Romance of A Rose, with new meaning.

Conceptual Framework :

The concept of the event takes the form of experimental research to create an experiential design exhibition. This Work involves combining the design and creation of various media, such as movies, music, melodious singing, graphic design fonts, and installation art, to imbue the play ‘Madanabadha’—The Romance of A Rose, the poetry of the reign of King Rama 6, with new meaning. This endeavor coincides with the play’s 101-year journey across time. The experiment is based on the theories of experience design and transmedia storytelling, which are key to its execution.”

Process / Methodology :

This work is creative research. Using experimental research methods which is based on experience design theory combined with audience perception theory in order to design the Matana Metaverse: The Lament of A Rose: The Experience Design for Audience in the Digital World exhibition.

Techniques and Materials :

To experiment with designing the viewing experience of audiences in the digital age. This involves combining the design and creation of various media, such as experiment movies, Thai melodious singing, Poetry graphic design fonts, and installation art, to imbue the play ‘Madanabadha’—The Romance of A Rose, with new meaning.

Result / Conclusion :

Experimental research on experience design found that in the design process The researcher discovered the use of Thai literature to be interpreted and re-presented using design theory, causing the literary work on Mattanapatha to change its form from the media of books. To be presented in the form of new media that can create more awareness for viewers in the digital age.
