The rhythm of the crane

Ying Ying Chen / China

This cultural and creative design for Hebi has been meticulously planned, centered on the core theme of “cranes soaring, culture inherited,” delving deeply into the city’s cultural essence and natural landscapes. Iconic elements such as the immortal crane, the Qi River, and Yunmeng Mountain have been ingeniously incorporated, with each piece embodying wishes for longevity and auspiciousness, as well as profound respect for and continuity of Hebi’s historical and cultural heritage. The crane symbolizes longevity and good fortune, reflecting not only the people’s aspirations for a better life but also serving as a spiritual emblem of the city. The Qi River, as Hebi’s mother river, nourishes this land and carries a long-standing cultural legacy.
