The research, completed in 2023, focused on the analysis of minor historic centers in central Italy, with particular attention to public spaces that define their urban structure and collective identity. Within this framework, the study examined main squares—conceived as the vibrant core of civic life—and significant architectural elements such as theaters and fountains. These places, deeply characterized by their historical and social dimensions, constitute essential components of the urban memory and cultural heritage of local communities.
