Abstract :

“Fa Fuen – The Animation” is a captivating historical narrative that brings to life the adventures of Fa Fuen, a fictional character who dwells in the illustrious kingdom of Suvarnabhumi. This abstract unveils the thematic essence, narrative progression, and educational resonance of this animation centered around Fa Fuen’s endeavors as a merchant traversing the trade routes connecting Suvarnabhumi(Ranong and Chumphon) with China and India. The animation commences with an evocative portrayal of Ranong’s port cities, where Fa Fuen, a charismatic and enterprising merchant, embarks on his voyages of trade and discovery. Against the backdrop of Thailand’s landscape 1500 years ago, viewers are immersed in Fa Fuen’s world, where every journey is laden with the promise of adventure, riches, and cultural exchange. Through meticulously crafted animation sequences, viewers accompany Fa Fuen on his expeditions along the maritime silk route, navigating treacherous waters and encountering a kaleidoscope of cultures, customs, and landscapes. Objectives :

To create educational and entertaining content that brings historical events, figures, and cultures to life through visually captivating storytelling and accurate representation. I seek to engage audiences of all ages with compelling storytelling that educates, entertains, and fosters a deeper understanding and appreciation of the past. Through meticulous attention to detail, creative innovation, and a dedication to authenticity, my objective is to contribute to the preservation and dissemination of historical knowledge in an accessible and visually captivating manner. I am eager to collaborate with teams of like-minded professionals to push the boundaries of historical animation, harnessing the power of animation to ignite curiosity, evoke emotions, and leave a lasting impact on viewers worldwide.

Conceptual Framework :

Process / Methodology :

The story were devoloped by Center of Suvarnabhumi studies Rangsit University. I’m working on part of Animation.

The Animation process involves several key steps.

1. Pre-production. Develope Concept art, character design and storyboard.

2.Production. There are 2 parts for production

2.1) 3D part : create 3D Character model, 3D environment, 3D props , Rigging, Animation, Lighting, Dynamicsimulation and Rendering.

2.2) 2D part : create 2D painting, 2D motion.

3.Post-production. Editing and Sound.(Sound was create by another department)

Each step requires careful planning, creativity, and technical skill to bring the animation to life and convey the intended message or story effectively.

Techniques and Materials :

3D Animation, 2D Animation, 2D motion, 3D Model, Dynamic simulation, Digital painting, Rigging, 3D Lighting.

Result / Conclusion :

In conclusion, “Fa Fuen – The Animation” serves as a captivating exploration of the vibrant world of Suvarnabhumi through the lens of Fah Fuen, the intrepid merchant.
